After a lot of developments its about time to update the website. Here one of our new projects that is nearing completion. A 6-axis (Steward Gough) deltarobot module for the equiplet manufacturing platform.

3 and 4 december the HU University of Applied Sciences will demonstrate its progress in agile manufacturing at the Precision Fair, which takes place at the NH Conference Centre Koningshof, Veldhoven, The Netherlands. The HU demonstrators will include intelligent manufacturing systems that uses agent technology, new simulators and new hardware.

The fair will demonstrate many technologies in the field of precision technologies, from packaging robots to vision applications in medical (CT) technology. The fair is free and includes over 40 lectures from international partners in the field of measurement, motion control and engineering. Which are especially of interest to Engineering and Computer Engineering students.

Our team will be presenting our newest prototype equiplet and run several demonstrators at stand 250.

Last semester development has been focused on several projects. Here a demonstration video of one of these projects, a 3D printer module.

We’ve been very busy on designing and implementing new features the lat couple of month, so there haven’t been many updates on the website of late.

However, here a presentation today at the Utrecht University, 3 April 2013.

16 November 2012 our research group presented our goals and progress at the Techniscal University of Delft at a meeting of SIA-RAAK MKB project”Vision for mechatronics & Robotics. Here is the presentation (partly in Dutch):
